Rugged ATR (Air Transport Rack) enclosures fitted with power supply, heat management (and heating when required), backplane and front panel connectors/indicators. Toodex Technology ATR’s can be provided in a range of ATR sizes and configuration as per the requirements.

  • 1/2 ATR Chassis: Our ATR chassis is designed to fit into smaller spaces while providing the ruggedness and reliability required for challenging environments.
  • 3/4 ATR Chassis: We offer a slightly larger form factor, the 3/4 ATR chassis provides additional space for accommodating more computing resources and expansion cards.
  • Full-size ATR Chassis: Our full-size ATR chassis provides the largest enclosure, offering maximum flexibility and capacity for housing a wide range of electronic equipment and modules.
  • Custom Configurations: Toodex Technology ATR chassis can be customized to meet specific requirements, including the number of slots, form factor, connector types, and other features tailored to the unique needs of the application.

Construction

  • Machined aluminum (aerospace grade 6061-T6) housing with formed sheet metal (aluminum 5032-H32) internal structures and brackets.
  • Customer defined MIL-Spec painting and processes.

Dimensions

  • Supported sizes include the standard ARINC 404A ATR form factor.
  • Custom non-standard dimensions are easily adapted from reference designs and as per requirements.
